11. Headache or facial pain associated with disorder of cranium, cranial structures, and neck
12. Cranial neuralgias, nerve trunk pain, and deafferentation pain
13. Headache not classifiable

 

 

 

 1)에서 4)까지는 1차성 두통에 해당하고,

5)부터 11)까지는 2차성 두통에 해당합니다.

그리고 12)는 두통이라기 보다는 삼차신경통(trigeminal neuralgia)과 같은 안면 부위의 신경통(neralgia)이 되겠습니다.
